Q: Cancel the 1-year recurring charge.
A: Cancelling your membership is very easy and you will not lose
your access. Simply go into your "Members/Profile" settings (a floating button located at
the bottom-right corner of your screen) to cancel your membership. Your
membership will now expire at the end of your 1-year term and will not
auto-renew.
Q: I forgot my email.
A: For the security of our members, we cannot retrieve lost email
addresses. Please use the "forgot password" option to send yourself a password
reset link. Try guessing which email you may have used. If you are successful,
you will receive an email to that inbox.

Please note, if you registered using ONLY your email address, you will
not have full access to the website. There is a small request of $5 USD/year
for full access.
Q: Can you reset my password?
A: We do not have access to our users passwords. Please use the
"forgot password" option.
Q: Can I book a campsite with you guys?
A: We do not do bookings for Ontario Parks. You may contact Ontario
Parks by phone at 1-888-668-7275, or visit the Ontario Parks website to make your reservation.
Q: Why is the membership fee in American dollars?
A: Donations to support our work are appreciated. Only Notes in USD are accepted as our website security provider is currently based in the U.S.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: At this time we do not accept PayPal.
Q: How many devices can I use at the same time?
A: Three devices are allowed to be logged in simultaneouslty. A reminder that each browser counts as a device. So if you have two browsers on your phone and you login with both browsers, it will count as two logins. If you login to a forth device, the system will automatically log you off from one of the other three.
Q: I get a message that my browser doesn't support 360 playback.
A: Some mobile browsers like Brave will try to open and play the video natively, instead of passing it off to play directly in the Youtube app. Try using Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Or, go into your browser settings and look for a setting to "allow app links to open in apps outside of YOUR BROWSER"
